Peanut Butter Recipe

Since Greg and I have been home together, he's had the opportunity to put his culinary skills to the test. He has made lot's of dinners to enjoy with friends and lots of meals in between to remind me that his kitchen internship in Atlanta was worth being apart for 4 months.

Since our kitchen is full of new Peanut Butter & Co. products, there has been some experimentation too. Here is his latest success:

PB&Co "Heat is On" Peanut Butter Salad Dressing

4 T PB&Co Heat is On Peanut Butter
2 T Rice Wine vinegar
2 T Extra Virgin olive oil
2 T Mayo
Kosher salt
Fresh ground black pepper
Lots of fresh lemon juice
Fresh chives/Toasted sesame seeds

Toss in your Spinach salad with grilled chicken, apples, golden raisins, cherry tomatoes and walnuts

YUM!
